At XeedQ, he applies full-stack expertise across hardware, software, and theory. In his free time, he enjoys baseball, 3D printing, and cooking.

Quantum Research Engineer

Dr. Soroush Arabi

Soroush holds a PhD in Experimental Physics from the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart, specializing in low-temperature scanning probe techniques. He later worked at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology on superconducting qubits. At XeedQ, he focuses on qubit characterization and cryogenic integration of NV-based platforms. He enjoys traveling, hiking, chess, and reading.

Quantum Scientist

Dr. Priya Balasubramanian

Priya holds a PhD in Physics from Prof. Fedor Jelezko’s Quantum Optics laboratory at the University of Ulm and has more than a decade of specialized experience in the NV field. At XeedQ, she focuses on scaling up the quantum platform and on detailed qubit characterization and performance optimization. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing indoors, reading books, and getting plenty of sleep.

Quantum Scientist

Jason Choudhury

Jason earned an MSc in Physics (Quantum Technology) from RWTH Aachen University, working on readout optimization for Si/SiGe spin qubits. At XeedQ, he focuses on spin-qubit control and improving experimental setups. He spends his free time reading, riding his road bike, and trying new cafés and restaurants.

Quantum Research Engineer

Dr. Philip Döbler

Philip has a background in mechatronics and computer engineering. Before joining XeedQ, he was pursuing a PhD in quantum computing at Goethe University Frankfurt. In his free time, he enjoys all kinds of technical tinkering, eating good food, and cooking.

Quantum Scientist

Dr. Christian Ganslmayer

Christian holds a PhD in Quantum Physics from Ulm University, where he used DEER coupling of NV centers to determine biomolecular distances. At XeedQ, he focuses on scaling the NV platform and reducing experimental effort in multi-qubit systems. Outside the lab, he enjoys cooking and exploring all things food-related.

Quantum Scientist

Dr. Matthias Gerster

Matthias holds a PhD in Computational Quantum Physics from Ulm University. At XeedQ, he develops the experiment-control and data-processing software behind the XQ series, bringing his computational background to the simulation and analysis of multi-qubit experiments. Outside work, he likes running, cycling, and playing soccer.

Quantum Research Engineer

Pit Hüne

Pit holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Hochschule Hannover and has experience in large-scale software engineering. His thesis on pulse control for NV-center quantum systems was completed at Fraunhofer IAF, and at XeedQ he now focuses on spin-system simulations and the XQ-series software stack. He enjoys working out and running in his free time.
