Ravi holds a Master’s in Microsystems Engineering from the University of Freiburg, where he worked on CVD diamond growth for his thesis. At XeedQ, he contributes to the development of diamond-fabrication technologies. He enjoys playing video games during his free time.
Aditya, Ravi Teja
Lukas completed his PhD in Experimental Physics at the University of Ulm, specializing in hybrid quantum photonics combining classical photonic circuitry with nanodiamond-based quantum systems. At XeedQ, he applies full-stack expertise across hardware, software, and theory. In his free time, he enjoys baseball, 3D printing, and cooking.

Sri Ranjini has a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry and experience in management.
Gopi holds a PhD in Experimental Physics and completed postdoctoral research at Universität Stuttgart. At XeedQ, he contributes across roles to help advance the company’s mission of democratizing quantum technologies. Beyond work, he enjoys challenging himself through innovation-focused projects.
Priya holds a PhD in Physics from Prof. Fedor Jelezko’s Quantum Optics laboratory at the University of Ulm and has more than a decade of specialized experience in the NV field. At XeedQ she focuses on scaling up the quantum platform and on detailed qubit characterization and performance optimization. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing indoors, reading books, and getting plenty of sleep.

Jason earned an M.S. in Physics (Quantum Technology) from RWTH Aachen University, working on readout optimization for Si/SiGe spin qubits. At XeedQ, he focuses on spin-qubit control and improving experimental setups. He spends his free time reading, cycling on his Rennrad, and trying new cafés and restaurants.
Choudary, Jason
Florian holds an MSc in Physics (Quantum Optics) from the Institute of Quantum Optics under Prof. Fedor Jelezko. At XeedQ, he contributes across multiple areas to support the advancement and scaling of diamond-based quantum computing.
Frank, Florian
Christian holds a PhD in Quantum Physics from Ulm University, where he used DEER coupling of NV centers to determine biomolecular distances. At XeedQ, he focuses on scaling the NV platform and reducing experimental effort in multi-qubit systems. Outside the lab, he enjoys cooking and exploring all things food-related
Ganslmayer, Christian
Matthias holds a PhD in Computational Quantum Physics from Ulm University. He supports the development of experiment-control and data-processing software at XeedQ. Outside work, he likes running, cycling, and playing soccer.
Gerster, Matthias
Pit holds a Master’s in Computer Science from HS Hannover and has experience in large-scale software engineering. His thesis on pulse control for NV-center quantum systems was completed at Fraunhofer IAF, and at XeedQ he now focuses on spin-system simulations and the XQ-series software stack. He enjoys working out and running in his free time.

Anne blends international experience with strong administrative expertise and a creative edge shaped by her early career as a professional jazz bassist. At XeedQ, she applies a precise yet flexible approach to project coordination, supporting growth through grants, partnerships, and operational strategy.

Gokulaavaani holds a Master’s in Computer Applications and an MBA in Human Resources. She has experience in quality assurance and inventory management and supports smooth operational processes at XeedQ

Julian holds a Bachelor’s in Physics (Heidelberg), a Master’s in Experimental Quantum Physics (Innsbruck), and a PhD in Optical Nanoscopy (Heidelberg). His background spans ion-trap quantum systems and MINFLUX microscopy; at XeedQ, he contributes broadly to R&D. He enjoys mountain running and racing outside work.
Rickert, Julian
Mukesh earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Vienna and completed postdoctoral research at EPFL Lausanne, specializing in defect mechanisms in low-dimensional materials using ions and electron microscopy. At XeedQ, he works on scalable qubit-fabrication processes and coordinates laboratory operations. He enjoys badminton, cricket, and outdoor activities such as hiking.
